Description
The CJMCU-MCP4725 is a 12-bit digital-to-analogue converter module that allows microcontrollers to generate true analogue output voltages via an I2C connection. It enables makers, students, and hobbyists to produce analogue signals such as sine waves for sound generation, musical instruments, and creative electronics projects. Operating across a wide 2.7V to 5.5V range, it is an easy way to expand microcontroller capabilities.
Precise analogue output
The module features 12-bit resolution to deliver fine analogue voltage outputs from digital commands. It also includes an on-board EEPROM to store configuration and output settings even when powered off.
I2C interface and multi-board support
The breakout supports Standard, Fast, and High-Speed I2C communication modes via dedicated SCL and SDA pins. If you need to run more than one MCP4725 on the same I2C bus, the on-board pull-up resistors can be disabled.
Clear breakout pinout
Designed for straightforward wiring, the board breaks out VCC, dual GND pins, SCL, SDA, and a Signal OUT pin for quick connection to microcontrollers, test equipment, or oscilloscopes.
What is included
