This active cooler is a dedicated clip-on thermal solution engineered specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5. Combining an anodised aluminium heatsink with a temperature-controlled blower fan, it maintains comfortable operating temperatures during demanding processing tasks. It is an essential accessory for makers, students, and hobbyists building reliable Raspberry Pi projects.
Efficient active cooling
The unit integrates a single-piece black anodised aluminium heatsink with pre-applied thermal pads for optimal heat transfer. An attached blower fan provides up to 1.09 CFM of airflow to actively dissipate heat during heavy workloads.
Smart speed control and easy mounting
The blower fan features pulse width modulation (PWM) speed control with a tachometer, reaching speeds up to 8000 RPM. Built-in spring-loaded push pins ensure quick and secure mounting onto the Raspberry Pi 5 board.
Power and compatibility
The cooler is powered by 5V DC directly from the dedicated four-pin fan header on the Raspberry Pi 5. Please note that the Raspberry Pi board itself is not included.
