Description
This high-power SCR voltage regulator allows smooth AC power control from 0 V to 220 V for loads up to 6000 W. Housed in a protective casing, it is well suited for makers, workshops, and hobbyists looking to regulate heating elements, lighting levels, or compatible single-phase motor speeds.
High power and durable build
The module utilizes an imported 41A SCR mounted on a 1.6 mm FR-4 PCB with reliable and safe welding construction. It features an upgraded double capacitance circuit design with safe capacitance and metal film capacitance to reduce surges, voltage spikes, and enhance operating safety.
Wide voltage adjustment
Operating from a standard 220 V AC supply, the unit provides an adjustable output range from 0 V to 220 V AC at over 90% efficiency. It can handle peak resistive loads up to 6 kW, with a recommended continuous operating load of 3 kW.
Usage notes
The controller is mainly used for resistive loads and most single-phase motors. A connected load is required before attempting to adjust the output voltage.
