Description
The 801S vibration sensor module detects omnidirectional shock and movement using an LM393 comparator and a sensitive vibration probe. It provides both analogue and TTL-level digital outputs, making it ideal for students, hobbyists, and makers building security or motion-sensing systems. Running on 3V to 5V DC, it integrates easily into diverse electronics and microcontroller projects.
Dual output options
The module features both analogue and TTL-level signal outputs, giving you flexibility in how you capture vibration data. The output valid signal is active high, accompanied by an onboard signal indicator light that turns off when triggered.
Adjustable sensitivity and detection
Equipped with an onboard potentiometer for fine-tuning, the module allows you to adjust vibration sensitivity to suit your setup. Its vibration detection range is non-directional, sensing movement from any orientation.
Mounting and integration
With dedicated mounting holes and a compact footprint of 41 x 15 x 12.5 mm, this board offers flexible and convenient installation onto mechanical structures and project enclosures.
Typical applications
This sensor is well-suited for anti-theft systems, electronic smart locks, mechanical equipment vibration monitoring, and target impact counting.
