6V-90V 10A PWM DC Motor Speed Controller Module

This versatile pulse-width-modulated (PWM) speed controller provides precise speed regulation for DC motors and other DC loads across an ultra-wide 6V to 90V operating range. It supports continuous currents up to 10A and can be operated via an onboard potentiometer or driven directly using an external 0-5V signal from a microcontroller or PLC. It is ideal for robotics hobbyists, makers, and engineering students building automation or motor-driven projects.

Precise speed regulation

The controller regulates motor speed by adjusting the PWM duty cycle smoothly from 0% to 100% at a fixed 15kHz switching frequency. It delivers up to 10A continuous current and can handle peak loads of up to 15A or 1000W of total control power.

Microcontroller and PLC integration

In addition to standard manual control, the module accepts a 0-5V analogue control voltage signal. This allows single-chip microcomputers, Arduino boards, and industrial PLCs to interface directly and manage motor speed programmatically.

Built-in circuit protection

To help safeguard your equipment, the board incorporates reverse polarity protection, control voltage over-voltage protection, and an onboard 20A fast-blow ceramic fuse. Always verify wiring connections before powering on, as incorrect supply polarity will blow the protective fuse.
