50kg Half-Bridge Strain Gauge Load Cell Sensor

This 50kg half-bridge strain gauge load cell measures weight and applied force through resistance changes across an internal 1000 Ohm bridge. It can be used individually with bridge resistors or grouped in multi-sensor configurations for higher measurement capacities. Strain gauge design

The sensor features an internal 1000 Ohm half-bridge strain gauge mounted on an E-shaped beam. Applying force to the outer side of the beam creates shear stress that produces a proportional electrical signal.

Scalable measurement configurations

A single sensor can be wired with external resistors to measure loads up to 50kg. Using two sensors in combination doubles capacity to 100kg, while a four-sensor arrangement creates a full bridge measuring up to 200kg.
