Being steel, these pinion gears provide greater overall strength (as compared to brass or aluminum) ,Transfer the torque of your servo into a gear train with these MOD 0.8 servo gears. This 24 tooth servo gear is most commonly used to drive the 96 tooth hub gear, spaced 48mm away, in order to create a 4:1 ratio. This gear reduction will increase the torque at the hub gear to 4x what the servo produces. The sacrifice will be the reduction in range of motion and speed by the ratio.
