Description
This 12V 4-phase stepper motor provides precise angular positioning thanks to its built-in 1/64 gear reduction ratio. It interfaces easily with Arduino and other microcontrollers using standard driver boards like the ULN2003, making it an excellent component for hobbyists, students, and makers building automated systems.
Precise geared movement
With a stride angle of 5.625 x 1/64, this motor offers reliable, fine-step motion for precision control projects. Because of the internal gearing, the shaft cannot be rotated by hand and requires an electronic driver to operate.
Easy microcontroller integration
The 5-wire, 4-phase configuration is designed for direct connection to standard ULN2003 driver boards. Once connected to a driver shield, the motor can be controlled by an Arduino or other compatible MCU board.
Common applications
This motor is suitable for compact automation projects and is commonly used in air conditioner louvres, small cooling or heating fans, and positional control systems.
