Each probe features a generous 100cm cable and comes with a matching 4.7k ohm resistor, allowing for easy integration with your Arduino or compatible microcontroller.

Waterproof stainless steel housing

The original DS18B20 sensor chip is safely housed inside a premium stainless steel tube that is waterproof, damp-proof, and rustproof. It is sealed with a high thermal conductivity rubber strip to ensure high sensitivity and minimal temperature reading delay.

Short-circuit protection

To ensure reliable field performance in harsh environments, each individual pin on the internal chip is separated by heat-shrink tubing. This prevents internal short circuits and reinforces the probe's robust, moisture-resistant design.

Single-bus digital transmission

Utilising a "One line Bus" interface, these probes transmit digital data over a single signal line, greatly improving system anti-jamming capabilities. This simplified wiring makes it easier to connect multiple sensors to a single microcontroller.

Wide temperature sensing range

The probe measures temperatures from -55 degrees Celsius to +125 degrees Celsius, with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.5 degrees Celsius in the -10 to +85 degrees Celsius range. Please note that while the metal probe tip handles extreme temperatures, the flexible lead wire is rated for up to 85 degrees Celsius.

Adjustable resolution and power

These versatile probes operate on a flexible 3.3V to 5V power supply, making them compatible with a wide range of development boards. The digital output resolution can be adjusted from 9 to 12 bits to suit your precision requirements.

Included pull-up resistors

To successfully read data, the yellow signal line must be connected to your microcontroller's digital port with a pull-up resistor. This convenient kit includes three 4.7k ohm resistors so you have everything needed to get started immediately.
