Legal for FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). Eligibility is set by each season's game manual — check the current rules before you compete.
These Clamping Mounts have threaded holes on opposing sides and an overall width of 43mm. This width allows the mounts to slide inside the 1120 Series U-Channel, but can also be used to space two pattern plates, grid plates, or 1121 Series Low-Side U-Channel from one-another.This 36mm clamping mount is able to fasten inside of 1120 Series U-Channel to hold a 36mm diameter motor in the center of the channel cavity. While we do not currently offer a 36mm diameter motor, both the AndyMark Orbital 20 and the REV Robotics HD Hex 20:1 are popular motor options within the FTC competition. The threaded holes on the sides of the mount allow for a simple and solid attachment while tying the sides of the channel together for excellent structural integrity.
