Legal for FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC). NOT legal for FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) — do not build this part into an FRC robot. Eligibility is set by each season's game manual — check the current rules before you compete.
The three sided profile of 3120 Series Channel offers support to axles that run perpendicular to your frame with a bearing on each side of the channel in order to maximize the load-bearing capabilities. The large central cavity provides protection to motors, batteries and drive components housed within. The channel provides multi-directional support given it has surfaces perpendicular to one-another.
