Firmware Changelog

  • 2026/06/12Stability + OTA release (v5.8/v5.9): hardware watchdog (sheenbot_sys), automatic crash recovery with /crash.log, BLE protocol !VER / !READ / !RM with interrupt retry, I2C bus recovery, radio hardening, brownout & panic-reboot configuration. New A/B OTA partition layout enables full firmware upgrades over Bluetooth (with on-screen progress and automatic rollback); one USB flash is required to adopt the new partition table. The v5.8 baseline image is kept for verifying the BLE OTA path to v5.9.
